RAP - Repayment Assistance Plan - Application Form

This RAP application form (updated September 2013) is the one currently used by Canada Student Loans. It will also be used for some provincial student loan programs, even if they have no provincial RAP program. That's why you'll see some provincial government logos on the form.

To give an example, if your loans are from Ontario, this federal RAP form will replace the old Interest Relief application form for the Ontario part of your Ontario-Canada Integrated student loan.
